Saint Anthony Mission Chapel brings the fullness of Catholic life to the communities of Cade, Broussard, and Youngsville — from the Sunday Eucharist and daily Mass to sacramental preparation, the Rosary, and hands-on community outreach.
Sacraments
Saint Anthony Mission Chapel celebrates all seven sacraments of the Catholic Church, including Baptism, First Communion, Confirmation, Marriage, and Anointing of the Sick. Contact the parish office to begin preparation for any sacrament.
Weekday Masses
Daily Mass is offered Monday, Thursday, and Friday at 8:00 AM, and on Wednesday evenings at 6:00 PM. The Saturday Vigil Mass is celebrated at 5:00 PM, fulfilling the Sunday obligation.
Confession
The Sacrament of Reconciliation is available each Saturday from 4:00 to 5:00 PM, giving parishioners and visitors the opportunity for spiritual renewal before the evening Vigil Mass.

Faith formation programs for children and adults help families and individuals deepen their understanding of Catholic teaching and tradition at every stage of life.

Fr. Ryszard Zawadzki, S.V.D. serves as pastor of Saint Joseph Catholic Church and Saint Anthony Mission Chapel, guiding both communities in worship, sacramental preparation, and outreach ministry throughout the area.

When is Sunday Mass at Saint Anthony Mission Chapel?
Sunday Mass is celebrated at 8:00 AM each week at the chapel located at 1639 Old Spanish Hwy in Cade. A Saturday Vigil Mass fulfilling the Sunday obligation is also offered at 5:00 PM.
Are weekday Masses available?
Yes. Weekday Masses are held Monday, Thursday, and Friday at 8:00 AM, and on Wednesday evenings at 6:00 PM. There is no Mass at the chapel on Tuesdays.
When can I go to Confession?
The Sacrament of Reconciliation is offered on Saturdays from 4:00 PM to 5:00 PM, immediately before the Vigil Mass. Additional times may be arranged by contacting the parish office directly.
How do I reach the parish office?
